please share what you discovered after tracking your family nutrition.Sometimes focusing on something can create an “AH HA!” moment!
1) How successful were you at tracking your family nutrition last week?
2) What was the process you used to track your food last week?
3) Were you surprised in any way by your week-long food log? If so, what surprised you?
4) Did simply using a food log make you think more carefully about what your family ( or you) are eating?
5) Do you feel that you now have one or two goals for improving your family nutrition? If so, please post two goals for improvement. (This can include something as simple as drinking more water, or eating something, maybe a banana, for breakfast.
